Plus, I’ll be sharing a bit about how the Full Body Cleanse & Coaching Program can really support you on this journey towards a life of vitality and clarity.

Fatigue

1. Fuel Your Body with Nutrient-Dense Foods

Say you owned a supercar, like a Ferrari or a Lamborghini. Would you use low-quality fuel or would you try to find the best gas available for it? Your body is like the supercar of supercars! It runs for years on end, powering up a whole system of complex functions that almost never stop even on the lowest quality fuel, such as junk and processed foods. Now imagine what would happen if you nourished it with whole, living foods packed with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. So here’s what you can do to provide your body with the best fuel available:

Eat the rainbow! Choose fruits and vegetables of different colors to make sure you get a wide range of nutrients. Aim for raw, living foods that are easily digestible and also enjoyable for you.

Go nuts (and seeds). With hemp and chia seeds sitting at the top of the list, soaked nuts such as almonds, walnuts, and flaxseeds are great sources of healthy fats and omegas.

Embrace plant-based proteins. If you’re still worried about protein,- Find Out Here Why you Shouldn’t - legumes, tofu, tempeh, and quinoa are fantastic alternatives to meat-based proteins.

2. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

Dehydration plays a major role in low-energy levels. Thankfully, the solution is simple, drink more water! Aim for at least 2lt. per day and if that sounds like a lot you can once more rely on juice fruits and vegetables. They are the best at rehydrating our bodies with clean, delicious water. If drinking that much water still sounds like a lot you may consider adding some fresh herbs, ginger or lemon into your water bottle or opt for light herbal teas.

3. Keep on moving

Exercise might seem counterintuitive when you're low on energy, but it's actually a great way to regain your energy levels. Exercise, even a little bit of it, produces endorphins, which are basically the feel-good neurotransmitters of your brain. It doesn’t have to be high intensity, vigorous exercise, choosing an activity you love, whether it's dancing, hiking, or walking around the park, is plenty to get your energy levels moving upward. If you have the time and are looking for a more well-rounded routine, try combining cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

4. Prioritize Quality Sleep

Sleep is not only your body's way of recharging its batteries; it also plays a major role in its natural detoxification processes. If you can manage to get 7-9 hours of restful, uninterrupted sleep each night, you’re good to go. If not, here are a couple tips for improving sleep quality:

Make your bedroom your sanctuary. Our bedrooms should act as our safe havens of relaxation, dressed with comfortable bedding, soothing colors, and minimal distractions.

Establish a bedtime routine by winding down with a warm bath, a good book, or some calming music.

Avoid stimulants like caffeine and nicotine close to bedtime.

5. Manage Stress Like a Pro

Stress is a major energy drainer, and nowadays, more than ever, we find ourselves in environments that not only cause stress but aren’t very supportive in reducing it either, so it's essential to find healthy ways of coping. Here’s some simple strategies for reducing stress:

Breathe deeply. Practice breathwork, mindfulness, or meditation to help calm your mind and bring you back into the present moment.

Laugh it off by watching a funny movie or sharing jokes with friends. Laughter really is the best medicine!

Seek support. Don't be afraid to lean on your loved ones or seek professional help if needed.
